Went to get my oil change today without even looking at inventory I had an employee tell me he didn't have the filter for my car. He couldn't even tell me if the store on the other side of town had it either. I then put my car in reverse to leave and he had spouted out. I took my 2015 Acadia to Take 5 for the 3rd time around because there is no other place I would rather go. All the techs were very professional, fast, efficient and nice. When one tech would complete a task he/she would announce it and other techs would say "Heard That". They were working together as a TEAM! Respecting one another in the work place and just doing their job but at the same time not forgetting about the customer. The assistant manager was so kind and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and educate myself. He was very patient and understanding. The Store manager even came over explained my receipt and a detailed print out of what services were done. The best part is I was already under the impression I was gonna pay a goo amount of money for my oil change being that I am a mom of 4, wife and I doordash. When payment came around Jay asked me if I had any coupons and typically I do and could pull it up on my phone. But I left my phone at home too by accident (which is very rare). But Jay asked me if I was a Uber driver or DoorDash with excitement I said "DoorDash". He gave me a 15% discount. I did not expect that and without further questions or proof he honored it. I even told him I've got the bags in the back to prove it. But he took my word for it. Which was great. I wouldn't lie anyway. Thank you Take5 for such an amazing, and easy Oil Change today! Ignore all the bad reviews. Some people are just grouchy. I would say Jiffy Lube needs to up their game because not getting out of my car and sitting in a nasty waiting room is a gold mine. Plus they gave me a free bottle of water, which was cool and talk me through the whole process. It was quick. It was easy. It was pretty much affordable for today's standards and I'm gonna be a regular there. read more

I normally do all my own work on my vehicle but because I was juggling two jobs I decided to give them a chance since I didn't have the time. I went in and told them that I wanted nothing but the best for my vehicle and I did not give me a price right off and I was told that I would be giving one when they were done which is not how things work. I was then charged $140 for oil change and a fluids top off​j ust for them to leave my oil cap screwed halfway on. 2 days later it blew off and there was oil all over my engine bay after I had just detailed my motor and then my motor started overheating and my turbo started failing due to lack of lubrication and they will not do anything about it. I was calling them and they started screening my calls and sending me to voicemail because I caught them doing it, and now I cannot get a hold of anybody so I guess I'm going to have to get a lawyer or fix my own car. read more

My husband and I stopped in as soon as they opened this morning for an oil change, everyone was helpful and attentive, they showed us everything and explained each thing they checked and took care of, they do more way more than just oil changes! The team communicated everything out loud to each other the whole time and were very efficient! They took the time to show us how to reset our oil light once they were done and did a safety check on the vehicle to make sure it was good. The guy ringing us up even let us know about a coupon deal they had that we didn't know about and applied it to our bill, for everything they did and offered for us it was a great price! WARNING! DO NOT go here for an oil change!! They forgot to put my fill cap back on when they were done so the oil sprayed out all over under my hood and within a couple days was empty. My motor is blown and will cost over $5000 to get it fixed. I talked to the regional manager and she said she would get back to me. She never did and won't answer when I call now. I've hired a lawyer to force them to make me whole again. read more

I took my truck in for a oil change due to being short on time. I was happy with the service but after about 4000 miles my oil pressure suddenly dropped to 20 psi and started making a lifter noise. I immediately checked the oil and the level was fine. Took it into my shop and changed oil to Royal Purple. Oil pressure came back and the noise went away for about 100 miles. I have went to them and they supposedly filed a claim but now I can't get any of them to return my calls. Their oil caused a lifter to fail and won't do anything about it! read more
