Truck throws a check engine light, starts acting like it's possessed overheating-other places hit me with a $2,300 quote for a shiny new oil pump because "an error code, bro, it's toast." I'm over here sweating bullets thinking my baby's headed for the great junkyard in the sky. Then I roll up to Josh and Dianne. They pop the hood, poke around for like 5 minutes, and go, "Yeah.... Let's just do a proper oil change and clear the codes." Boom--problem solved. Truck runs like it just got out of the spa. Total cost? Pennies compared to the robbery I was quoted elsewhere. These two are wizards. Honest, fast, and didn't try to upsell me into a new transmission just because. If you're in Cedar Rapids and your ride's throwing a tantrum, skip the stealership drama and go straight to Josh and Dianne. They'll fix you up without bending you over. 10/10, would let them touch my dipstick again.

The outside and inside of this location is very clean and bright not like other dark and dirty service locations. I only needed to wait a short time for others in front of me to be serviced. Once I talked to someone we discussed different options available to me and I felt I was not being forced to pay for the higher priced oil. We discussed the differences and I was able to make an educated decision. The service time was reasonable for the oil change about 30-45 minutes as expected and less than I have waited in the past at other locations. And it allowed me to have a couple frosted beverages at 30 hop on the other side of the parking lot. :) When I returned shortly before my service was done I was the only one in the entrance. I was quickly & cheerfully greeted by the Service Manager Kevin and he apologized for not meeting me earlier because he was with another customer. He mentioned that he was finishing up some research into some of the concerns the technician found with my vehicle. He showed me pictures and later provided me with prices and service times for each item. I was provided with email receipts and future service items along with the inspection details of everything from tire pressure to air filter quality. I would feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone who has very limited automotive knowledge. I do not think they would take advantage of anyone. I will be coming back for all my automotive needs. Did I mention the large amount of treats they have for the customer? From Twizzlers to fresh brewed coffee! Yes!

Upon taking it in, it was a routine check in/drop off procedure. They got back to me the same day, but here's where they won me over. My repair was fully covered under Jeep warranty, so taking it to the dealer would cost $0. Al, who advised me of my options said I could just go get it fixed free at the dealer (which he communicated to them before I went). The point is that these guys could have easily gone the "shady auto shop" route and charged me for something the warranty covered, but instead these guys were honest. My car is fixed, and these guys saved me $600. Will definitely recommend them
