She threw questions at me that didn't make sense, talking down to me by saying things like ... well, are you an electrician, how do you know what he (the technician) did or didn't do, insisting I didn't know what I was talking about. Frustrated, I asked to talk to the owner of the company, and as quick as I asked, she immediately replied with, "I AM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!" A quick google search proved that wrong, so now she lied. I have never in my life wrote a negative review about any company but I will tell you, I could not in good conscience recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. He made an attempt to try and make things right and I do try to support local business which is why I didn't take it to Best Buy where I got the tv five years to be looked at in the first place.
