I bought my house with a Merlot red wall and I have hated it from day one. It made my kitchen seem SO small and dreary. I requested a quote through Yelp and heard back in less than a day. Korrey requested some pictures and he responded with a typed up, professional quote right away. We booked out close to two months due to social distancing but they were so worth the wait. After 1 coat of primer and two coats of the Sherwin Williams paint of my choosing, they brought me into my kitchen to discuss their work and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. The previous owner did a pretty shotty job with the dark red paint and that was also discussed before they even got started. Communication, professionalism, price and dependability. Wrong address! I came home from work at lunch and discovered my deck was wet and all my furniture,…read moreplants, etc were rearranged. This baffled me until I reviewed my security camera footage and saw that a CertaPro representative had just spent 3 hours pressure washing my deck--a service we did not request. They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!

Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom. We discussed options and I decided to replace the west wall of the bedroom and part of the north wall as well. Even with the unexpected work, the job moved forward on schedule without a hitch. Throughout the job, Adrian kept me informed and responded quickly to any questions I had. The crews were courteous, the workmanship was solid, and the repair was an overall improvement to the NW bedroom. He seemed eager for the work but we ended up not doing that project. Fast forward to two weeks ago, we had hired a contractor to go a remodel project and his rough carpentry and framing were ok, it was down hill after that. After he installed, textured and painted our entire remodeled project WRONG, I begged my Husband to call Adrian. He finally did. Adrian and his crew sanded our 1100 sw foot home, skim coated the disastrous mess, retextured, primed and painted it all. Fast, excellent skills, and the cost was doable! He even suggested a venetian plaster hit the ceiling in my bathroom! I saw his work on the staircase at Hancher, it's beautiful. I can't wait to see our finished house.
