Korrey requested some pictures and he responded with a typed up, professional quote right away. We booked out close to two months due to social distancing but they were so worth the wait. After 1 coat of primer and two coats of the Sherwin Williams paint of my choosing, they brought me into my kitchen to discuss their work and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. This baffled me until I reviewed my security camera footage and saw that a CertaPro representative had just spent 3 hours pressure washing my deck--a service we did not request. They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!

Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom.
