After 1 coat of primer and two coats of the Sherwin Williams paint of my choosing, they brought me into my kitchen to discuss their work and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. The previous owner did a pretty shotty job with the dark red paint and that was also discussed before they even got started. Communication, professionalism, price and dependability. I cannot recommend Fabtastic Painting more!

I think any good reviews for him must have been shills by people he knows. His inexcusable unprofessionalism and undependability have caused great and unnecessary stress and delay for my son's house sale and planned move to Des Moines. His BBC rating is a joke.

They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!

We had water damage in a hall ceiling from a a/c unit in the attic drain overflowing and damage in a bedroom ceiling from a ice damn last winter. We notified Rapid Drywall (Adrian owner) via the internet and 20 mins later he called and set up a appointment to give us a free estimate. He came the same day, evaluated the damage to both ceilings and agave us a very fair firm estimate to repair both ceilings. We accepted the estimate and his crew showed uo toward the end of the week. The ceilings were (popcorn texture) scrapped, re-taped , mudded, and ready for respray after the first day of work. The second day the ceilings were sprayed with a texture that was very close to all our other popcorn ceilings and looked great. They then painted both ceilings and we are THRILLED with the end result! Adrian and his crew are true professionals. They do excellent work, show up when the said they would, clean up after themselves, do the work for the bid price, and are very easy to work with. You will luv the results! I admit that most drywall finishers don't come close to meeting my picky standards, but Adrian and Rapid Drywall far exceeded my expectations. Adrian came to the house to look at the job exactly at the time he had said and looked at the project. He had to contend with work that was not done by him and was not done to my standards, and he fixed it and then finished the rest of the work. He finished the job in the time frame that we had agreed on and he cleaned up everything when finished. His prices were beyond fair, especially when you look at the quality of work that he turns out. I plan on using him for other projects that I will be doing and would not hesitate to recommend him to others that are looking for a professional job. read more

I called the owner of Rapid Drywall, Adrian, for an estimate to finish the basement in my house in Solon. He came out to my house that same day to give me a quote! Not only was he professional in his interactions, but he really knew his stuff and he came in with a VERY fair bid. Rapid Drywall did a great job finishing the walls in my ~800 sqft. basement. I had already hung the drywall, and I was looking for a professional to do the finishing. Adrian stopped out to look at the job and gave me a quote the same day I called. He came in cheaper than other bids, and he clearly knew what he was talking about. I had him corner bead, tape/mud, texture, and prime all walls and ceilings. He started on the job that weekend and was done within the week! Adrian did a great job with our wall that needed restoration because of a wallpaper that was not removable. In less than a day he had restored it and even primed it! At the end of the day the wall was try (thanks to the heater he brought along) and we could apply the final paint. He knows his business and is a true professional in his field. read more
