I bought my house with a Merlot red wall and I have hated it from day one. It made my kitchen seem SO small and dreary. I requested a quote through Yelp and heard back in less than a day. Korrey requested some pictures and he responded with a typed up, professional quote right away. We booked out close to two months due to social distancing but they were so worth the wait. After 1 coat of primer and two coats of the Sherwin Williams paint of my choosing, they brought me into my kitchen to discuss their work and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. The previous owner did a pretty shotty job with the dark red paint and that was also discussed before they even got started. Communication, professionalism, price and dependability. I cannot recommend Fabtastic Painting more!

I think any good reviews for him must have been shills by people he knows. His inexcusable unprofessionalism and undependability have caused great and unnecessary stress and delay for my son's house sale and planned move to Des Moines. His BBC rating is a joke.

This baffled me until I reviewed my security camera footage and saw that a CertaPro representative had just spent 3 hours pressure washing my deck--a service we did not request. They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!

Other work included removal of wallpaper and texturing in the bedroom, and repainting in both rooms. Adrian was my main contact. Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom. We discussed options and I decided to replace the west wall of the bedroom and part of the north wall as well. Even with the unexpected work, the job moved forward on schedule without a hitch. Throughout the job, Adrian kept me informed and responded quickly to any questions I had. The crews were courteous, the workmanship was solid, and the repair was an overall improvement to the NW bedroom. Fast forward to two weeks ago, we had hired a contractor to go a remodel project and his rough carpentry and framing were ok, it was down hill after that. After he installed, textured and painted our entire remodeled project WRONG, I begged my Husband to call Adrian. He finally did. Adrian and his crew sanded our 1100 sw foot home, skim coated the disastrous mess, retextured, primed and painted it all. Fast, excellent skills, and the cost was doable! He even suggested a venetian plaster hit the ceiling in my bathroom! I saw his work on the staircase at Hancher, it's beautiful. I can't wait to see our finished house. His crew is respectful and cleaned up each day. These guys busted their buns off helping us out! I hope only the best for these great young men!

I brought John downstairs to show him what was going on, and where everything had happened and he gave me a very reasonable price if he were have to snake from my laundry room out to the street, UNLESS I had another drain somewhere in my basement. I recalled feeling a dip in one part of my carpet, so we cut a little hole and sure enough, there was the drain. John got to work, chiseling away at the concrete that was around the plug, and got it to open up. Then he had me flush all my toilets, and run my shower to make sure everything looked okay. He was very knowledgeable and very open to helping me in case something like this were to happen again and what to look for.
