She told me that they were busy and that the guy was on vacation and would get a bid to me when he got back in early August. It's now late August and I haven't heard a peep. I understand being busy, but the response to a customer you turn out not to have time for is not "you can **** yourself and wait till whenever", it's "Hi, I'm very sorry, we don't have time to get this done in any reasonable timeframe, but here's someone else I recommend and he's expecting your call.
