She said she was sending out the details to someone on the team and they'd get in touch - I was under the impression they'd be be in contact that day (even if to just touch base,) or the next day at the latest. It's been three business days and crickets. We have several projects to keep someone busy, and some need done before the cold weather hits - so our search will now continue to other companies. Disappointing because the reviews looked promising!
