What a nightmare of an experience. We are building a brand-new home, yet our jack and jill bathroom framing is significantly out of level--a defect that has now been confirmed by three independent contractors as well as Meade. Despite this, Casey continues to insist the framing was done correctly and claims the issue developed afterward. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated problem. Meade also framed our master bathroom from an outdated blueprint even though they had been provided the revised plans before rough-ins began. In addition, our master bedroom windows were framed off-center, and two interior door openings were framed incorrectly. Rather than taking responsibility and correcting the work, they have repeatedly dismissed legitimate concerns and refused to resolve the issues. When multiple framing mistakes occur throughout a new construction project and independent professionals confirm defects, homeowners should not be left fighting for accountability.
