They were supposed to replace my step stool and of course that didn't happen. The business claimed the shed dimensions are measured from the eve of the roof. Explained that before purchasing the shed I had been shown another 12x16 shed on the lot and had measured it to verify that it was in fact 12x16. The business, rather than be of any assistance, invited me out to measure any shed I want to (sarcastically inferring that I was a liar).
