Finally after two weeks of silence I gave up and found someone else. I know this is a busy time of the year for him and he probably has more work than he knows what to do with. But that doesn't excuse the rudeness of ignoring my phone messages. I think he could have easily spared 30 seconds to tell me he wasn't interested!

Paid them a lot of money to completely paint the downstairs of my house. within a year the paint…read morewas flaking and peeling.. after three months of chasing them to come and take a look they arrived and told me it was because the paint underneath was coming loose. Interestingly I paid them and they agreed to properly prep the surfaces prior to applying the paint so that didn't really add up for me. They agreed to come back and touch up which they did once. I still have paint peeling and have given up trying to get them to come back. Don't waste your time with these guys. They are expensive and don't stand behind their work!

This baffled me until I reviewed my security camera footage and saw that a CertaPro representative had just spent 3 hours pressure washing my deck--a service we did not request. They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!

Other work included removal of wallpaper and texturing in the bedroom, and repainting in both rooms. Adrian was my main contact. Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom. We discussed options and I decided to replace the west wall of the bedroom and part of the north wall as well. Even with the unexpected work, the job moved forward on schedule without a hitch. Throughout the job, Adrian kept me informed and responded quickly to any questions I had. The crews were courteous, the workmanship was solid, and the repair was an overall improvement to the NW bedroom. Adrian and his crew sanded our 1100 sw foot home, skim coated the disastrous mess, retextured, primed and painted it all. Fast, excellent skills, and the cost was doable! He even suggested a venetian plaster hit the ceiling in my bathroom! I saw his work on the staircase at Hancher, it's beautiful. I can't wait to see our finished house.
