For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. The carpet was super wet when they left, to the point that it squished when walked on. I used a Bissell Green Machine last night and now our carpet looks great, high-traffic areas and all. And it was left barely damp, not soaked. They offered to come back out and re-do stuff, but no thanks. Never again. I'd prefer a refund, but they said they could not do that. I got a very unprofessional message stating prices that were never discussed or explained. I was told they needed to charge a repair fee, a cleaning fee and a "level 1" cleaning fee so for a 1 bedroom apartment that was in perfect condition it cost me $247. Never once explained what my charges were for and why. Very much felt like I was being taken advantage of and will never ever recommend them to anyone.
