I was told they needed to charge a repair fee, a cleaning fee and a "level 1" cleaning fee so for a 1 bedroom apartment that was in perfect condition it cost me $247. Never once explained what my charges were for and why. Very much felt like I was being taken advantage of and will never ever recommend them to anyone.

Andy was really great at keeping me calm and assuring me that everything would be taken care of; and that's exactly what happened. They admitted this was due to poor craftsmanship on the install by the roofers. The first time they came out to inspect they said the installer did not properly seal the boots causing the issue. I continued to have leaks and they can out again and said it's due to a pipe. I've never had a single issue until I used this company.
