Robbery - plain and simple…read more I hired Absolutely Clean for maid service in a small kitchen (with no stove), and a small bathroom. Only exterior surfaces were cleaned, no cabinets. Neither room was in bad condition, a total of ~100SqFt. $255.84 to clean these two small rooms. The company claims it took them nearly 6.5 "man hours," which is insane. I could have easily done the same job in an hour, but chose a maid service for the convenience. I've had entire houses cleaned better for a quarter of the cost. I was at work during the cleaning, so I have no idea when they were actually there. They claimed an 8am arrival, when I made the appointment for a 10am-noon arrival. Multiple phone calls finally got me to the lady in charge of billing - she was completely unwilling to offer any explanation or work with me on the charges. She simply said "well, I'm sorry you feel that way." I honestly have no idea how these people are in business. Nearly $300 to wipe surfaces and clean a shower, two small rooms that weren't in bad condition. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and posting reviews on every social media outlet that I'm able to. My hope is that no one else gets ripped off by these thieves.

I recalled feeling a dip in one part of my carpet, so we cut a little hole and sure enough, there was the drain. John got to work, chiseling away at the concrete that was around the plug, and got it to open up. Then he had me flush all my toilets, and run my shower to make sure everything looked okay. He was very knowledgeable and very open to helping me in case something like this were to happen again and what to look for. While the technician was at my home, he received a call from my neighbor experiencing exactly the same thing. The technician advised him to clear his exhaust pipe. No charge. I did not object to the technician's service fee, but felt the weekend fee excessive, especially since my neighbor was treated fairly at NO CHARGE. However, he sent somebody that doesn't know siding, apparently, because they did every step wrong: damaged starter strip, incorrect j-box installation, didn't seal cuts and holes, didn't even snap siding together, just left it flapping in the wind. With way too much effort, he sent somebody to repair the repair. They didn't. Again with much effort, the best offer I got is a "maybe" within the next couple weeks. I decided to fix his company's mistakes myself.
