So friendly and prompt!…read more A year ago they came and fixed our furnace for us when it stopped working in very cold temperatures. So, when our water heater decided to suddenly stop doing it's job of providing any resemblance of hot running fluid, we immediately called them again and they came out the very next day! Both times Craig was on the call, and he was very nice, explained what broke and fixed it quickly. I recommend them to anyone needing repairs in their specialties!

Starting with Sam Zeibol who came to our home and diagnosed and explained the reasons we were having the issues we were. Pricing was very reasonable and Sam gave us several options to choose from based on cost and efficiency. He also explained the tax credits and package discounts that were available at the time. The installation professionals from Schaal were efficient, clean and very friendly. They worked their tail off and was very respectful of there surroundings. These young men earn everything they are being paid and left a lasting impression. Overall, we had a first class experience during a very stressful and trying time. We would recommend Schaal with no hesitation.

Prior to the dryer stopping working, we had to run 2, usually 3 dryer cycles, to dry only 1 load of wet clothes. Bryan not only removed the clogging lint, but he also cleaned up the mountain of lint from the floor. He expertly removed and reattached the door to the dryer room, ensuring everything was clean and was in perfect working order at the end of his servicing. Bryan also showed us a test to check that our dryer was working well. Bryan served in the Army for 8 years as an MP (military police, in civilian lingo), first in Iraq, then training others for Afghanistan. As a former active-duty Veteran myself, I fully support my brother at arms. For those of you who are supportive civilians, here's a professional who will clean your duct expertly and with an attention to detail one picks up after years of meticulous and responsible military training. Now our dryer works like a charm, thanks to Corridor Duct Cleaning. Lastly, and just as important, Bryan was a very friendly and super nice guy. Glad we went with Corridor Duct Cleaning today. Oh, yes, the price was also very reasonable, especially when Bryan removed 21 years worth of dryer duct/vent lint!

Our carpet shampooer broke quite a while ago, and we reeally fell behind on dealing with how disgusting the dogs make the carpet. I didn't think in my wildest dreams the carpet would be salvageable. We decided to bring in Actually Clean just to try to improve the situation until we figured out what to do. If they had gotten the carpet half as clean as they got it, I would have considered it worth the money. They got the carpet looking like new, though! I am absolutely floored by what a great job they did (pun intended). The guys were both super nice, too! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a carpet cleaned!

Nice lady. Kind. Patient. She listened and took down all the details and shared with me they would send someone out as soon as possible. She kept in touch with me with text messages and let me know that a service person would be out early Monday afternoon. Steve arrived to take a look at the furnace. He found a few parts needed to be replaced. Steve replaced one part that got the furnace and up and running so I could have heat in the house. I made the decision to have the furnace replaced as it was 25 years old. Steve contacted Rob who came out mid-afternoon on Monday to let me know the different Carrier furnaces they carry and prices for each one. I choose the Performance level of furnace that was very much like the Bryant we currently had. Rob said he would call me Tuesday morning with install date and time. He called on Tuesday morning and we set up the install for Thursday of that same week. Scott and Ben arrived at 7am to install the new furnace. At 10am the new furnace was up and running. It felt so good to have heat in the house again. I highly recommend Novak. It took every one of these kind and professional people to get heat back into my house. I call them Team Novak. Thank you Novak. You are the BEST!
