Carmen called me within a couple of hours and we set-up a time for someone to come by and look at the furnace between 4-6pm Monday evening or 7-9am Tuesday morning, depending on my work schedule. There is a (reasonable) fee for a technician to come between the hours of 4-6pm, as this is after their normal business hours. That was fine with us because we aren't able to be home during normal business hours. Todd just left. He was super. Bless him for helping us newbies on a Monday night. He explained exactly what happened and mentioned that a part of our furnace was dirty, causing the noise we were hearing. I was relieved to find out that we may just get another 15 years out of her! He did not upsell or tell us that our furnace was on its last leg (I was worried), but educated us about a few things. Brian, another technician, also called me on Monday morning because he had availability in his schedule to come by before 4pm. We appreciated the attempt and phone call, although we couldn't be home at the time. Great customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
