I purchased a "Daily Deal" voucher online, which offered a $259 service, for an even $100. Booking the appointment itself was a pleasure, given the receptionist was very cheerful and knowledgable. With an 8:30 in the morning appointment time on a Saturday, I was nervous that punctuality might be an issue, but a friendly guy named Josh showed up five minutes early. From the time he walked in my front door, to the time he left, he was extremely informed, educational, and well versed. It was a tremendously well rounded experience. Upon arrival, he handed me a binder and allowed me to, in a sense, research the company before he even began. He then explained to me exactly what he was doing, and why. Room to room, we walked around and he left no stone unturned. By the end of the tour of my house, I knew exactly what he was going to do, why he was doing it, and how it was going to benefit my pets and I. I gave this company five stars because the professionalism, was completely complimented by Josh's personable approach. I was shown what the ducts and vents looked like before, as well as after - and was absolutely amazed with the results. We have an older house and, in the past, had talked about getting the vents cleaned. During the winter, especially, when the furnace ran, we would notice an increase in the dust in our house. My wife found VentPro on line and set up an appointment. When Josh Snyder and his crew arrived, they could not have been more professional. Josh walked me through the process and, based on the number of vents and ducts in the house, provided me with a bottom-line cost. It was a crappy winter day in January and Josh and the guys went out of their way to make sure they left the outside, outside. They worked very quickly, but involved me in the process all along the way. Josh showed me video displays of our various ducts. They really needed to be cleaned. In a very short period of time, they were done and had moved all of their equipment back to their truck. The only evidence of them being there were clean ducts and vents -- and a very happy customer. Since the clean out, we don't have any more dust and our rooms are warmer at the same thermostat setting. My wife and I could not be more pleased. We plan to call them back in 4-5 years. read more

Highly Recommended!! We have had the pleasure of working with Josh at Vent Pro for our duct cleaning, and what a great experience I have to say! Josh was extremely courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going to be done, and how he was going to be doing it. As well as he walked us through the equipment being used in detail. Any questions we had were answered promptly and without hesitation. Our favorite part (clean ducts aside) was the use of a remote camera to review the work before and after. It was quite astounding to see just how dirty the ducts were, as well as just how clean he had gotten them. Josh even went as far as to treat our return ducts with sanitizer to ensure the cleanliness of them. When first contacting Vent Pro we spoke with Deb who was delightful to work with, and she even called the day of to let us know when Josh would be arriving. I am a stickler for scheduling, so this was superb customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Josh, Joe and Matt really went over BEYOND what we expected. Our vents/furnance was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING (we had no idea they were that bad) and they cleaned them really good. We also, opted to get them sanitized, because they were that bad, too. The BEFORE AND AFTERS vids were impressive and fun to see. EVERYONE should have their vents cleaned and these guys are the best! You'd be surprised! Not only that, they cleaned up a bit of our pretty tight crawl space, fixed up our vent system to run better and gave a BUNCH of HELPFUL tips to keep our furnance/air conditioner running properly. We also, got a new drier vent hose/cover through them for a very good deal. Also, they came on time from over an hour away and they did it all in responsible time. VentPro. We had VentPro in our house yesterday to clean our vents. They were here for ~5 hours (we live in a large 110 year old home in the Broadway district that probably had NEVER had the vents cleaned so this was a big task!) They arrived in masks, 1 worker plus the owner himself. Absolutely no mask slippage in the entire experience. I now love when I can say that I don't know what their faces even look like. They also wore booties on their shoes so they didn't track anything into the house - including making a few trips back and forth to their van where they properly removed and reapplied the booties. You could tell from the start that you WANTED to do business with Vent Pro...why??? ATTENTION TO DETAIL.!!!! I had asked for an in person estimate and Josh spent almost an hour going over my home and showing me the trouble spots which needed attention ( no charge consultation) without even knowing if he would get the job. . He then set up a follow up visit/appointment (on the weekend) according to MY schedule. He then spent 4 hours cleaning my ducts and using his trusty camera to show me the trouble spots. Very professional service. We have noticed immediate good results in the air quality after all the hot & cold ducts have been cleaned. Was shown the before and after of what was cleaned. Our vents were very dusty with small pieces of dry wall, a steal very old Pepsi can and ladies hair curler and a lot of dust. Pipes and furnace were cleaned and sanitized. They came to my house and explained everything in detail as far as price, the cleaning process and even told me my furnace looked great and didn't need to be cleaned. They showed me the air ducts with the vent camera and they were filthy! After completing the job, they ran the camera again and I got to see how a clean air duct is supposed to look.
