I brought John downstairs to show him what was going on, and where everything had happened and he gave me a very reasonable price if he were have to snake from my laundry room out to the street, UNLESS I had another drain somewhere in my basement. I recalled feeling a dip in one part of my carpet, so we cut a little hole and sure enough, there was the drain. John got to work, chiseling away at the concrete that was around the plug, and got it to open up. Then he had me flush all my toilets, and run my shower to make sure everything looked okay. He was very knowledgeable and very open to helping me in case something like this were to happen again and what to look for. We were listing our home for sale much sooner than anticipated." I received a call Monday morning saying they received my message and they could schedule us that day as they had just had a cancellation that was actually for our area. By 11:00 Am that day the service person, TJ came out and cleaned the AC compressor and gas insert and glass. I was thrilled when I saw how fabulous the fireplace looked. However, due to it being a Saturday, I was charged a $250 weekend service charge. The problem was that drifting snow had blocked the outflow pipe. While the technician was at my home, he received a call from my neighbor experiencing exactly the same thing. The technician advised him to clear his exhaust pipe. No charge. I did not object to the technician's service fee, but felt the weekend fee excessive, especially since my neighbor was treated fairly at NO CHARGE. I bought my house with a Merlot red wall and I have hated it from day one. It made my kitchen seem SO small and dreary. I requested a quote through Yelp and heard back in less than a day. Korrey requested some pictures and he responded with a typed up, professional quote right away. We booked out close to two months due to social distancing but they were so worth the wait. After 1 coat of primer and two coats of the Sherwin Williams paint of my choosing, they brought me into my kitchen to discuss their work and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. The previous owner did a pretty shotty job with the dark red paint and that was also discussed before they even got started. Communication, professionalism, price and dependability.
