All Clear Window Washing is a 5-star company! Our team of Claude, Hale, and Jason was the best of the best! We had ALOT of windows in our house and many are oddly shaped and also very high up. They did not miss one window, and they did the best job we have ever had on our windows. We were 100% satisfied. The crew was not only professional, they were very receptive to any requests we had and they worked quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and respectful of our home. My windows looked terrible.... not to mention the girl who i talked too(Hailey) was so disrespectful and didn't care for the mistakes that the company made. they skipped windows. the employees got water everywhere caused water damage to paint and even tracked mud through my carpet. i do not recommend this company one bit. use window genie if iowa city. read more

We just had our windows cleaned today after twice asking All Clear to reschedule us, due to some other company not showing up to clean our gutters. Each time the receptionist at All Clear was polite and cheerful. When the job was priced, Haley, the bidder was extremely informative and gave me details and options with time to think about it. I wish more companies would that procedure. Likewise, the guys who washed our windows today couldn't have been nicer. They showed up promptly and treated our home, plants and the surrounding wildlife with care. They did a walk around with us after they finished. From the bidding process, through the rescheduling, all the way to the final inspection All Clear was 100% professional. They were reasonably priced, as well.
