I received a call Monday morning saying they received my message and they could schedule us that day as they had just had a cancellation that was actually for our area. However, due to it being a Saturday, I was charged a $250 weekend service charge. The problem was that drifting snow had blocked the outflow pipe. While the technician was at my home, he received a call from my neighbor experiencing exactly the same thing. The technician advised him to clear his exhaust pipe. No charge. I did not object to the technician's service fee, but felt the weekend fee excessive, especially since my neighbor was treated fairly at NO CHARGE. They were pretty good, except an error in the toilet installed (wrong bowl type) was made, and they promised to replace it "as soon as their supplier restocked". It's now May 15th, more than a month later, and not a peep from them. Since they said that I'd gotten 'the most popular model', restocking shouldn't be any issue. After a time, they were good to their word; changed out the "wrong" toilet for the perfect model that fit my needs. The installer was fast, polite and friendly, and they waived the second installation fee, charging only the difference in cost between the two. (The new toilet is far surperior to what I'd had replaced, as well!)
