Andy was really great at keeping me calm and assuring me that everything would be taken care of; and that's exactly what happened. Like I said I panicked so I called the Cedar Rapids Restoration when we live in Dubuque, and they willing did the drive everyday to come out and work on our house. Andy and crew, came out immediately and arrived at the house at 3am and worked until the water has been contained. Like I said, they continued to come out and reassure us that everything was going to be fine. He was very up front with the situation and walked us through everything we needed to know. They admitted this was due to poor craftsmanship on the install by the roofers. The first time they came out to inspect they said the installer did not properly seal the boots causing the issue. I continued to have leaks and they can out again and said it's due to a pipe. I've never had a single issue until I used this company.
