If they got the right price, I be coming home with a washer from there. ps.. I got a Refrig from them like 3yrs or was it 5 yrs back still running... I got a bigger frig then what we had... did all the measurements and got one to fit and it was a very very tight fit... but all is good. When all is done and said, these appliances (from anywhere) only have a certain life span. Trying to get good help nowadays for a thankless job. The store owner is a business man and is fair. His margin for problems aren't like a big store I'm sure any complaints about his help you read here were followed up on. Sometimes workers have bad days and/or lie to bosses and sometimes customers can be unreasonable. Be fair to the owner and he will be fair to you....That is what I have found anyways....

The manager said that we would have to pay a 30% restocking fee to return it because it was a custom order! They had it in their warehouse already and we didn't even know it was considered a custom order. Very disappointed. We were also told that the other GE microwaves that would fit in our space also no longer had the mute feature.

The Friday before, I realized my fridge had stopped cooling/freezing, so called them at 1pm. They said they were really booked but tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. That didn't fix the problem, so Craig said he would have a couple service guys stop over within the next hour or two to see if they could get it going. They ended up fixing my fridge that afternoon despite their busy schedule. Wow, that is great service you don't see very often. I am, and will continue to be, a loyal customer of Home Appliance. She helped me select the range within my budget and set up for delivery and removal of my old appliance as well. I needed my Refridgerator to be moved from my house to the rental house as well and she was able to arrange that with the movers. She went out her way to help me. Really great service.
