He went to his truck to get a replacement and my power was restored to my garage within 10 minutes of his arrival (if not sooner.) He was personable, professional, very courteous, communicative, and efficient. Truly, Plato's idea of an electrician. The cost the service call was incredibly reasonable! I called again, they were going to be in Vinton and could probably come by to check it out. Never heard from them. A few months later, I called and left a message. Nothing. I tried one more time and left a message as the person (not using the name on purpose) in charge of scheduling these types of appointments is always out, probably installing a fireplace. I removed the wood burner myself, it wasn't difficult. Now I need to get a cap on it to stop the rain from coming in. Needless to say, I will not patronize this business after this experience. Apparently, not returning phone calls is the norm around here; some other businesses I have contacted have done the same. Glad they have enough business.

They were middle of the road, but I like their professionalism. I don't even call anyone else for an estimate anymore, I go straight to them. They get you in timely, and do good work. I would give them 5 stars except last time, the guy forgot my appointment. I called the office 15 minutes past, and he apparently forgot to write it down and double booked. Unfortunately, my house was being painted the next day, so I had to get the exterior light changed that day. He made it before I left for work. I let him in, and he let himself out. I won't let one bad apple spoil the bunch for me on this one though. I'll continue to use them on all my projects. Their reasonably priced, and their quotes are always spot on. They're quick too, so you're not paying for extra time!

On second call I was told that they would return call within 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and still no call. It seems as if they use a virtual receptionist or an answering service.
