When all is done and said, these appliances (from anywhere) only have a certain life span. Trying to get good help nowadays for a thankless job. The store owner is a business man and is fair. His margin for problems aren't like a big store I'm sure any complaints about his help you read here were followed up on. Sometimes workers have bad days and/or lie to bosses and sometimes customers can be unreasonable. Be fair to the owner and he will be fair to you....That is what I have found anyways....
