Prior to the dryer stopping working, we had to run 2, usually 3 dryer cycles, to dry only 1 load of wet clothes. Bryan not only removed the clogging lint, but he also cleaned up the mountain of lint from the floor. He expertly removed and reattached the door to the dryer room, ensuring everything was clean and was in perfect working order at the end of his servicing. Bryan also showed us a test to check that our dryer was working well. Bryan served in the Army for 8 years as an MP (military police, in civilian lingo), first in Iraq, then training others for Afghanistan. As a former active-duty Veteran myself, I fully support my brother at arms. That didn't fix the problem, so Craig said he would have a couple service guys stop over within the next hour or two to see if they could get it going.
