It was an odd fit but when I stopped at Kevin's they started searching through storage bin after bin and finally found a Bissell tool that made a perfect fit to the hose. I was amazed at the parts he had. I was more amazed when he gave it to me free! I looked around their store while he searched. They also have a large selection of high quality reconditioned vacuums if one is on a limited budget. It just makes good sense to have them repair yours or even better, upgrade to a better unit. Give Kevin's a look when you are in need of sales or service. You are sure to appreciate the professional approach they bring to the customer - even if they just want a crevice tool.

We are located in Iowa City and used Corridor Duct Cleaning (319-775-5341) today to clean our…read moreMaytag's dryer vent and Bryan, the company's owner, did an outstanding job cleaning away 21 years of accumulated lint, which had not only stopped our dryer from working (the dryer no longer accumulated lint in the filter when drying), but was a real fire hazard. Prior to the dryer stopping working, we had to run 2, usually 3 dryer cycles, to dry only 1 load of wet clothes. Bryan not only removed the clogging lint, but he also cleaned up the mountain of lint from the floor. He expertly removed and reattached the door to the dryer room, ensuring everything was clean and was in perfect working order at the end of his servicing. Bryan also showed us a test to check that our dryer was working well. Bryan served in the Army for 8 years as an MP (military police, in civilian lingo), first in Iraq, then training others for Afghanistan. As a former active-duty Veteran myself, I fully support my brother at arms. For those of you who are supportive civilians, here's a professional who will clean your duct expertly and with an attention to detail one picks up after years of meticulous and responsible military training. Now our dryer works like a charm, thanks to Corridor Duct Cleaning. Lastly, and just as important, Bryan was a very friendly and super nice guy. Glad we went with Corridor Duct Cleaning today. Oh, yes, the price was also very reasonable, especially when Bryan removed 21 years worth of dryer duct/vent lint!
