I was amazed at the parts he had. I was more amazed when he gave it to me free! I looked around their store while he searched. They also have a large selection of high quality reconditioned vacuums if one is on a limited budget. It just makes good sense to have them repair yours or even better, upgrade to a better unit. The Friday before, I realized my fridge had stopped cooling/freezing, so called them at 1pm. They said they were really booked but tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. That didn't fix the problem, so Craig said he would have a couple service guys stop over within the next hour or two to see if they could get it going. They ended up fixing my fridge that afternoon despite their busy schedule. Wow, that is great service you don't see very often. I am, and will continue to be, a loyal customer of Home Appliance. The manager said that we would have to pay a 30% restocking fee to return it because it was a custom order! They had it in their warehouse already and we didn't even know it was considered a custom order. Very disappointed.
