I recalled feeling a dip in one part of my carpet, so we cut a little hole and sure enough, there was the drain. John got to work, chiseling away at the concrete that was around the plug, and got it to open up. Then he had me flush all my toilets, and run my shower to make sure everything looked okay. He was very knowledgeable and very open to helping me in case something like this were to happen again and what to look for.
