Frustrated, I asked to talk to the owner of the company, and as quick as I asked, she immediately replied with, "I AM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!" A quick google search proved that wrong, so now she lied. I was very impressed with the show room when we arrived, and it seems like they offer lighting across price ranges - there were a few beautiful pieces on sale that were affordable and seemed like a great value, which really excited both of us! We were greeted immediately when we came in, and the sales associate asked whether there was anything specific they could help us with. Since this was just a looking trip, we declined to be walked through the store, but we were checked on several times and had many of our questions answered throughout our shopping trip by the helpful staff. The shop is small but filled with all sorts of fun furniture and household items. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and offered to help out with anything I needed. One of the staff informed me that any Alessi item could be ordered through the shop and purchased at the sale discount. Not a bad deal! If only I had more money to spend!

Then they wired and hung all my lighting for under the cabinets , bathroom light fixtures and can lighting. Joel has also updated our furnace over the years.
