One thing I will say is I requested to wall sconces and a fan and I even asked electrician to pick up all the materials. They went above and beyond they did the whole project. I asked him to takeoff his shoes when he was in the house he did that and more and even cleaned up the whole project. I would say this company has a great value. A great attitude. And willing to do what the homeowner requests. This company is my go to electrical service.

The women who works as the office manager was immediately defensive and condescending as I tried to to explain my frustration over (In my opinion) an inflated bill. She threw questions at me that didn't make sense, talking down to me by saying things like ... well, are you an electrician, how do you know what he (the technician) did or didn't do, insisting I didn't know what I was talking about. Frustrated, I asked to talk to the owner of the company, and as quick as I asked, she immediately replied with, "I AM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!" A quick google search proved that wrong, so now she lied. I have never in my life wrote a negative review about any company but I will tell you, I could not in good conscience recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. The way I was treated was down right abusive and inappropriate. In my opinion, that woman is a detriment to the company. Maria R.

This review reflects my experience as a customer researching different lighting options for a home…read more I have not purchased anything from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery yet, but my partner and I visited last weekend to look at lighting to go above our dining room table. I was very impressed with the show room when we arrived, and it seems like they offer lighting across price ranges - there were a few beautiful pieces on sale that were affordable and seemed like a great value, which really excited both of us! We were greeted immediately when we came in, and the sales associate asked whether there was anything specific they could help us with. Since this was just a looking trip, we declined to be walked through the store, but we were checked on several times and had many of our questions answered throughout our shopping trip by the helpful staff. We're looking forward to returning in a few months when we have a better vision for our dining room and know exactly what we want.

My not at all practical pipe dream of having a hot tub to bask in all began with a hot tub. Once it was secured and... we realized we actually could not just plug it in to the existing electrical outlet. (How naive of me to assume it was that easy?!) It took a hot minute to find an electrician. But once we found Price Electric they made it happen. They were responsive. They were quick acting. They got the parts and installed the electrical panel the day we had hoped. They even accidentally didn't have a part (doh) and STILL made it happen within 24 hours. Both securing the part and sending an employee out the following day. AGAIN, making my not at all practical but oh so worth it hot tub dreams a reality. Price Electric was prompt, professional, competitively priced and overall a dream to work with. Do yourself a favor. Get yourself a hot tub... and when you, too, realize you need to update your electrical... call Price Electric.
