The women who works as the office manager was immediately defensive and condescending as I tried to to explain my frustration over (In my opinion) an inflated bill. She threw questions at me that didn't make sense, talking down to me by saying things like ... well, are you an electrician, how do you know what he (the technician) did or didn't do, insisting I didn't know what I was talking about. Frustrated, I asked to talk to the owner of the company, and as quick as I asked, she immediately replied with, "I AM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!" A quick google search proved that wrong, so now she lied. I have never in my life wrote a negative review about any company but I will tell you, I could not in good conscience recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. The way I was treated was down right abusive and inappropriate. In my opinion, that woman is a detriment to the company. Maria R.

Unfortunately, my house was being painted the next day, so I had to get the exterior light changed that day. He made it before I left for work. I let him in, and he let himself out. I won't let one bad apple spoil the bunch for me on this one though. I'll continue to use them on all my projects. Their reasonably priced, and their quotes are always spot on. They're quick too, so you're not paying for extra time!
