Called Allstate and they sent out Corey from C and A Towing to take my vehicle to an auto shop…read more Corey was prompt and professional even in 90 degree heat. He put my Jeep in neutral and loaded it onto his towing vehicle within literally 2 minutes. I have had other providers in previous years ask me where my tow hooks are located since I have a Grand Cherokee. Mine does not have tow hooks but allows for Jhooks to be attached to the front frame. Corey did not have to ask me how to hook up my Jeep as he knew exactly what to do. His expertise shows in how he handles himself with the customer as well as how he gets the vehicle onto the truck bed. Being towed because your vehicle won't start is never fun but C and A made it as pleasant an experience as possible. Thank you, Corey!!

By this time the spill is well established in my drive. Driver spread the dry as best he could with his boot. Owner said he would be over in 1.5 hours, turned in to 4 hours. Quick sweep up by owner and outta here as sun was setting. Owner has no clue how to clean up chemical spill properly. Had A REPUTABLE company complete the tow for LESS money. I'm stuck with a driveway that looks like a diesel truck parking lot. Corey promised a cleanup by a Gutter cleaning company! They're a no show. This guys a real tool. AVOID!

I cannot say enough good things about Just Automotive. I recently bought a vehicle with almost…read more100,000 miles on it that I got a great deal on, but it unfortunately came with a whole plethora of problems. After just two visits to Just Automotive, my car is honestly running like a brand new vehicle again. Their communication is truly next level. Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare. What really stands out is how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel rushed or talked down to. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening with your vehicle. They truly are good, honest small-town people with the technology and professionalism of a big dealership. It is the best of both worlds. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop that stands behind their work and genuinely cares about their customers, I would recommend Just Automotive without hesitation.
