The man who came out was very nice and drove 35 minutes away to bring gas to me in Cedar Rapids, IA because apparently none of the towing places in Cedar Rapids will do so. I blew out a tire while driving home on I-80 on Sunday night. I was an hour and a half from my home and that same distance away from my parents. I was so scared and did not know what to do. My mom called Vance Towing and Dean came out to put a spare on to get me back home. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience. Dean was so helpful and made me feel more calm.
