On top of that, my misaligned wheel is now aligned as well! Tl:dr; Fixed my car as fast as they could. Did a good job. Didn't try to gyp me.

UPDATE TO A PREVIOUS POST:…read more After taking the '02 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a used car purchase inspection, I truly appreciated the thorough nature of Al's discovery process. When I drove the car there to be inspected, I thought the car sounded and drove wonderfully, yet I was wrong. Bill, Ed & their team found more than I expected...a book of issues that included oil in the coolant system. Not a good thing, However, a discovery that helped me make the right decision. So yes, I recommend Al's for a used car inspection. Very thorough! P.S... the car lot I was going to buy the car from actually complained that Al's was: "...too picky and showed too much on their list". Well, they did exactly what I expected....they protected me from a bad car buying decision. THANK YOU!!!!! Rick (A simple dad buying his teen daughter a car)

I would 100% recommend and do repeat service with everyone at Al's! They also charge a reasonable price for all of their labor, products, and knowledge, they will not "pink tax" a female!

But I must tell you, one of your guys, Basim really does not seem to care about your customers. I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. I already waited like 45 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes longer after he arrived because he did not get out of his car. Very horrible customer service, I can tell.
