None of whom are related. The investor is also not related to the other current owner therefore it's not and has never been a family owned business. Michelle has about 3 1/2 years of experience of being the office manager she has no experience of running a truck/trailer repair shop or knowledge of how performing repairs. There are no current employees who are expert certified in any type of diesel engine repair. The current owners have rehired an employee as a 24/7 mobile repair/mechanic that had previously stolen from the company to work on your truck/trailer. Big Rig Truck and Trailer has no fleet to deliver your cargo. Big Rig owns IDS who is contracted to Quaker Oats only. That fleet cannot transport anyone else's cargo. The trailer side has 1 trailer mechanic with 30 years of experience the rest of the trailer mechanics combined have about 5 years experience. Big Rig Truck and Trailer is not a business with expertise in diesel engine repair or trailer repair. They are not trustworthy as they prove this with the blatant lies they put on their website.

We were towed there and they immediately used diagnostics to determine the issue. They did not have the part to fix it but suggested a work around to get us back on the road to our destination. That was completed within 3 hours and we were back on the road! Very happy with the level of expertise from their mechanics and entire team. Very reasonably priced. Had my truck in the shop for a fuel contamination issue they ran into several unexpected issues I…read morewas promised the truck would be done same day, called to check on the status the evening person answering the phone. Matt was very rude very unhelpful. I was told they ran into unexpected issues and those issues needed to be fixed so they fixed them no call no heads up I was quoted $500. I ended up paying $1680 went to pick up the truck the following morning the original person I dealt with was very nice and accommodating with trying to negotiate a better balance price since all these things were done without my approval however the manager or owner, then came through the door and made the statement do not argue with him take the truck to our compound lock it up and he can argue it out in court. This is not a way to treat paying customers when a customer is given a quote and some thing more needs to be done a phone call needs to be made for the customers approval. I do not recommend this place at all.

I took my semi for a pm service that cost $500 I got out with a bill that is $7000. They changed the DEF filter and put the truck outside to regen with no supervision. I came and I saw my truck was smoking everywhere, I had to shut it down. The radiator was blown, and they still had the nerve to not take any responsibility for it. Friendly advice, look for someone who is honest to do your job and go there if you would like get ripped off
