Was told they would need to do a diagnostic test to find electrical issue, not covered under warranty, (save your money on extended warranty) They ended up replacing battery and adding anew electric Jack, I wasn't having an issue with Jack but was told buttons were wearing out and cracking but was covered by warranty? I show up after a couple days and pick it up. There is no power to RV someone had left the battery disconnect on. I plugged it in to my truck and it had trailer lights but no power to inside. I was told that the 7 way plug or power cord to RV could be bad, They told me to take RV home and charge the battery and see if I still have no power. This made no sense! I paid $445 for a battery and an electrical diagnosis. Left will dead (new) and told my cord or truck outlet was bad? Got home charged battery still no power to inside!! Tried calling service Dept several times no answer I left a message requesting a phone call and got no call back. I left a review on their website and a couple days later they leave a voicemail that I did not see till after close. Just very disappointed in the service and follow up, will be getting service elsewhere. Never should have left or paid for a battery that was dead and possibly a bad outlet or cord in their parking lot. So that is on me! You would think a $200 plus fee for a so called diagnostic would have caught a bad cord.

It has traveled back and forth along the shore of Lake Superior from Duluth to Gran Marais as well as the Superior National Forrest, many times. But it all began at Cheyenne. After dealing with the things from Camping world for 2 years and almost gave up on the idea, we called Cheyenne, picked one out. Showed up, paid and were treated like royalty. We stopped by Lasso with the purpose of comparing Travel Trailer with 5th wheel and view some floor plans. 1st thing I was impressed with was a salesperson did NOT come running out to meet us. A nice young and friendly gal came out to casually meet us. She admitted she was not yet an expert and just chatted with us until Russ showed up. We told Russ our agenda and he was very low pressure. Even knowing he was not going to make a sale, he took the time to walk us around and educate us. We want to buy used so he told us of a couple units located 10 or so miles away. I remember what Russ said that really impressed me. "I would love to sell you one but if not, I hope you learned from me what you needed to know." Thanks Russ. We may be back. Never again, nor should you, rent a motor home from this, less than quality, company. If you do, be ready to be taken with all the dollars you put down as a deposit. I've never encountered such non- caring individuals as I did with this owner. Equipment we thought was quality (because it was a 2017 motorhome ) only to find out it wasn't. After all was said and done , now he's trying to charge us for something that was wrong before we rented. Do yorself a favor----look elsewhere for quality equipment and save yourself some money and headaches while you travel. This company, and individuals who work there, are far less then caring people!!!!
