He stated that he couldn't do work on seat issue, but said he would throw my vehicle up on the rack and take a look at the rear brakes. She took it the next day into your shop to have it fixed ad they are recently purchased and installed tires from YOUR business. Your employee accused her off taking it elsewhere and them messing up instead of taking ownership and fixing YOUR mistake. I have also purchased tires from your business and will never again. Do better.
