Tire Service Men were extremely rude to my mom when she came in to get her tires fixed. We were at her home this weekend and my husband (who has years of experience working in a body shop) noticed the tires on her vehicle were installed backwards. She took it the next day into your shop to have it fixed ad they are recently purchased and installed tires from YOUR business. Your employee accused her off taking it elsewhere and them messing up instead of taking ownership and fixing YOUR mistake. I have also purchased tires from your business and will never again. I ordered tires online from Five Seasons Tire and it stated in the description that Road Side warranty was included in the price of the tires I ordered. I had the tires put on at Five Seasons. On my printout it said there was no warranty. I went back the next day to ask about what that meant. I was told since they were purchased online there was no warranty. I asked them to show me where it said that online. They couldn't find it. So I asked that they would be covered. The "manager" argued with me and said he could not cover them even though he couldn't any thing stating they would not be covered. He said he could charge me an additional $59 to cover the tires. I LOVE this place!! As a single lady that admittedly doesn't know much about her vehicle, it can often be intimidating to get car repairs done. I refuse to use anywhere other than Five Seasons Tire for my flats. (I use a dealer for everything else because I lease and I don't have a choice) These guys are always TOP NOTCH friendly and fast! I get in and get out. They keep their waiting area tidy too. Oftentimes when I group of guys work together, you might hear inappropriate conversation or swearing or experience bad manners... But never at this place. My dad (who has passed away) started bringing me here when I was a kid and he wanted cheap tires for his trucks. I was visiting CR and as the town and I mutually hate each other, I was not terribly surprised when a street attacked my front tire and did some front-end damage. I took my car to 5ST on a recommendation from family and am really grateful I did. The gentlemen were all very polite and proper and it was a pleasant experience. My car is new and apparently the bent metal that needed to be replaced isn't routinely stocked. One gentleman called around to the dealerships in town and tried to locate the parts and couldn't. He did end up tracking some down in Des Moines and arranging for them to be delivered the next morning. In the end my car was fixed before it was even time for me to leave town to return home. The five star reviews for this business are spot on. You can't find a better deal concerning the free tire rotations as long as you purchased your tires from them. I'm removing two stars because they are not taking any type of COVID-19 protocols. There are no signs requesting customers to wear masks and the employees flat out do not wear masks. I have purchased tires here in the past with good experiences. That is why I returned. Result was terrible service. I paid to get tires balanced. Worker in rear used a rotating grinder to remove old weight residue and prepare surface for new weights - on chrome clad wheels! The tire was badly marred. I pointed this out to the counter employee and when he started to tell the manager the manager immediately replied to me, who had not yet said anything to him, " we have no liability - end of discussion". The tone of his comment was combative and belligerent. This sounded like standard operating procedure for him. Simple unavoidable fact is his business did unneeded visible damage to high end wheels. They know it and choose to lie. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO WORK ON YOUR EXPENSIVE WHEELS! Also when I checked the torque on the four wheels they were between 86 and 105 lb/ft. Factory specs call for 150 lb/ft. Do you really want this kind of service for your vehicle? read more

I bought a new set of tires (well, new in 2011) from Five Seasons. I looked extensively for the best bang for my buck and this was money well spent. I don't do a lot of driving, so I still have the same tires on my car. Free tire rotations if you purchase from them, so I visit this location at least annually. Very informative and friendly staff. Fast service. Would recommend making an appointment first, but I think they accept walk-ins if they have the availability. read more

Took my vehicle in because I had a tire shaking at around 45mph on certain roads.  I had a buddy say it sounded like the shocks were bad.  So I took it to 5ST and some bald guy with glasses literally wanted to replace every item on the underbody of my vehicle.  When I say everything, I mean everything from tie rods, ball joints, to the pitman arm, brakes, differential, etc.  When he was done with his estimate of replacing the entire underbody, he said it would cost around $7,500-$8,000+.  So I took it to a garage in Marion and it was just the shocks as my friend suspected. I even asked the Marion garage about the other items (tie rods, brakes, pitman arm, ball joints, etc) and he said no they were all fine. Cost me $300 total at that garage in Marion.  Now my vehicle runs like new.  If I could give Five Seasons Tire a third of a star, I would have.  IDK if that bald guy with glasses thought I looked like a chump or idiot, but he thought he was going to pay for his vacation to Hawaii via ripping me off, but it didn't work. Their only saving grace is that another worker met me as I was leaving and said not to listen to that bald guy. read more

I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I brought in my car for an oil change and realignment. I had never been here before. I choose Five Seasons since it's close to my workplace. Right off the bat I knew I was in for a bad experience when they tried to upsale me-- telling me I needed $1500 in parts & labor on my car in order to do the realignment. I had taken my vehicle to a reputable mechanic a few months prior for an overall inspection and there were no issues. After oil change I saw the check engine light on--and the brakes locked up. When I approached them about this they asked if I had problems with it before coming in because they noticed the bakes "pushed a little hard" --I had not had any problems prior. They offered to look it over to see if it needed serviced. When I said that's fine as long as I'm not being charged they became very defensive and said I don't know what to tell you, we only changed the oil. Once my car was looked over they found the vacuum hose had come loose while changing the oil. No apology. Awful customer service. Never again. read more

I would recommend for people to stay away from 5 seasons tire!! On Monday I took our truck 2015 GMC Denali with 20,000 mile in for 2 new front tires. This truck is mainly used for towing our camper. The next Saturday while washing this truck I noticed a large gouge around 1 aluminum rim that looks like a machine did this since it was such a perfect gouge going most of the way around the wheel and multiple other scratches on that rim!!! The other front rim had several bad scratches/gouges. When I took this vehicle back to discuss these issues,. I was told there was no way they did this damage!!! NOT 1 scratch on the center hub caps, the tires that came off those wheels or anywhere near these wheels but the rims are torn up!! The first thing they showed me and told me was they use plastic protectors and no metal touches the rim at any time when they change tires!!! Anyone ever heard of a tire machine like this? Sad part is these rims can't be fixed because they are so bad and I'm stuck with a $1500 bill to replace both front rims on something I just bought 3 months ago!!! read more

I was a customer of 5 seasons tire. Bought tires there in the past and had my car serviced there. I hadn't been there in about a year. We just purchased new tires for two other vehicles at a different place and was looking to have alignment done. I called to make an appointment, because I had gone there in the past and had quality, polite experience. Not the case today. I called stating I had new tires put on my car and I needed alignments done. I was very rudely asked if I was just going to buy tires at other places and go somewhere else to have my alignment done? I responded, yes and if there is a problem with that we could do business elsewhere. The guy I was talking to told me, that would be fine with us. So guess what.... my business is going elsewhere. read more

Professional staff, friendly and very knowledgeable you don't need to be a Rocket Scientist to know if you run a tire low it will destroy a tire, . Best shop hands down I have heard horror stories of other places, using customers car for food runs, taking vehicles home for the night and every other crazy thing you can think of. For the car owners complaining about quotes for parts Zero tolerance means ZERO tolerance so if there is movement in parts the vehicle can't be aligned, some shops will do it and charge you but I find it comforting knowing that Five Seasons Tire doesn't cut corners. Also side note if the shop doing your work doesn't have a Alignment machine it means you probably shouldn't be using them to fix your vehicle. Shade tree mechanics are just that shade tree mechanics. saying you have a reputable mechanic but they don't align vehicles is ridiculous, you won't know until your tires wear funny that you needed an alignment in the first place. Would you visit a doctor to have bone surgery but not have a X-Ray machine to know if he fixed it......I don't think so read more
