Not good! After the purchase, and promised services they dropped the ball. Took my new camper in for service. 3 very minor issues, and 1 issue with leaking after one time out camping. "After the service was so called completed" two of you 4 were not complete, with one of the 4 the bigger issue of leaking. The other one of the 4 issues wasn't even touched. This can all be verified by the employee that inspected it with me.in addition, after 2 months of buying the camper, the salesman did not follow through with his promises. Thanks for listening. Very unprofessional they will take your money that does not match the service My motorhome was not fully winterized water was left in it and asked for 500 dollars. Where on earth does it cost 500 to winterize. They claimed to have done other services which no receipt was offered to show work done. Make sure they show you what they will do how much it will cost and then decide to pay or not. Do NOT trust what they did either. Double check work done. read more

Terrible experience. Salesman was nice But when it came to sales they did a bait and switch on my trade. Dropped trade by over $1200 once i came in and made an offer on a camper. Then the camper I chose they raised the price that was posted by $1000 or more. The sign inside the camper said $24000. Then when they wrote up the sales they raised it over $1000 more for the camper and then lower my trade by over $1000. Were they hoping I didn't notice? !! When I pointed it out they just said - let us know if you want the deal. I'm reporting the bait and switch. read more

I have only the highest marks for Sun and Fun RV. On all levels. They made our entire purchase experience smooth and easy. Our story: we found the exact 5th wheel we were looking for, on their website, 2000 miles from where we live. A 2018 27.5 ft RLTS Jayco Eagle. We called. Big shout out to Dan and Gene for helping us every step of the way. Dan, our salesman, answered all of our questions. He took all of the pictures we asked for, researched all of our crazy concerns, was so patient and made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. Never pressured, this all took place over the phone. Gene in the financial dept. was on top of every detail, making the transaction well understood, staying personally in touch with us and explaining every email correspondence we had. They gave us a fair price for an amazing, clean rig and hooked us up with the best transporter we could have ever asked for. We were so thrilled to see the RV arrive to our driveway in perfect condition, without any surprises. The exterior and interior was exactly as described. Cant say enough good things about the people at Sun & Fun RV. I am a professional RV transporter who had an issue with a 19,000lb 5th wheel I was transporting from Indiana to Oregon. Working with the manufacturer and the phenomenal service department at Sun & Fun, I was able to bring the unit in, fill them in on the issue I was having with the brakes, and hand it over. I dropped it off around lunch time, and by 10 am the next morning, they had dedicated a couple techs to dig into the system, diagnose the issue, and get it fixed before lunch. They went out of their way to help me out and get me back in the road to my delivery with less than 24 hours of downtime on my end. This place is AMAZING!!!!! I broke the tow Jack on my RV when we got in late last night. Went to them to see about getting it fixed. Showed me the problem and how I totally FUBARed the crank. Got me set up with a new crank and loaned me the tools to replace it myself (Super easy and their repair guys were not in on the weekend). Cory was amazingly helpful and checked on us to make sure that we were all good. Morning the Iowa City area much with an RV buy when I am, they will get ALL of my business. We are traveling through the area from Colorado and had a water leak in our fifth wheel, a recurring issue. I called the dealer for advice where we purchased the RV, and never received a return call. Then I called Sun and Fun and received a call about an hour later. They were extremely helpful and provided the information needed to complete the repair. Outstanding customer service with little or no opportunity for a sale. That is a sign of excellent service. Give them a chance to earn your business. read more
