I debated long and hard whether or not to write this up. You will read some whining and some…read moresarcasm. So if you don't like such a thing, then move on. This is a little long winded, you have been warned. First of all A HUGE shout out to Joel George behind the service desk. I believe he is the only one that was ever straight with us and did what he could for us. Jen in the warranty dept also was good although we didn't directly work with her. Our story starts with buying a KZ Venture Stratus. It was by all accounts a LEMON!!! I will never buy a product from them. We had leaky windows, slides that made horrendous noise and vibrated the whole unit, freezers that frost up badly, lights that flicker, interior walls that weren't finished, fridge that won't stay lit on gas when traveling, etc.... There were well over 50 job items that needed to be addressed. We took it to the dealership 5X for service and many of the issues were worked on more than once. My wife and I were VERY frustrated. We asked for a meeting with somebody in power at the dealership. We were told we would meet with the owner (Brad?) himself to discuss our issues. By the way, did you know Premier is haunted? We kept hearing about somebody named Brad. As in, " we talked to Brad", "We made Brad aware", "Brad is in the loop". I wouldn't know Brad if he stood in front of me. Instead we met with Jason, the VP. He seemed decent. He took notes and shook his head a lot agreeing with our angst. The VP position must be just a title because nothing ever happened after our meeting. we kept hearing there were things going on behind the scenes. I asked to be kept up to date on that. Never heard squat. So we went a different route, sales. We wanted completely out and wanted a trade. I told sales I would not except anything less than retail as it was only 1 year old and we wanted to be compensated for our troubles, time, fuel dragging it back and forth for warrant work, and lost camping time. And sales kept low balling the offer on new units. They said they weren't going to make any money on our trade but I didn't believe them for a second. My research showed 4 to 6K more on the retail market for the exact same unit. And they didn't have anything that tripped our trigger anyway. Their proposal, send it back to Indiana after the season and let the factory sort it out. As if we want to completely empty it and have it gone for months. And still no consideration for our time dealing with this. I haven't heard jack S*&% for over a month. For a dealership that wants to treat everybody like family, they sure do a poor job of it. So the resolution, we sold it to a competing dealership at a loss to us just to be out of it. We drove 3.5 hour south and purchased a unit we really loved. So the moral of the story, I am unsure but don't be fooled by their "treat you like family" smiling faces. The will be smiling all the way to the bank.

The slide had not been opened and closed more than 2 times since it was repaired. Spoke to service manager and they refused to stand behind their work. All we got was "bring it in and we'll look at it". Camper is on a permanent site and I asked if they would drive the 20 minutes to look at it since there was no guarantee they would warranty their work (we do not have a truck to tow it). They would not drive to go see it and since there is no willingness to correct the situation, we are shopping elsewhere. They did service more items on the camper which were done to our satisfaction, but they completely dropped the ball on the slide out. We'll be shopping elsewhere when it's time to upgrade.

I purchased a Sunnybrook Raven 3300CK from Campers Inn RV of Davenport in August 2025. The sales…read moreprocess was handled through Christopher Albert, Sales Professional at Campers Inn RV of Richfield, WI. Unfortunately, my experience following the purchase has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Within the second week of ownership, I began experiencing multiple issues with the camper. Although a new water heater tank had been installed prior to purchase, I notified Chris on August 29, 2025, that the stove pilot light was not working, the propane tanks were not functioning, and the air conditioning and regulator were also problematic. He indicated that he was waiting to hear back from Davenport and would help resolve the concerns. On September 8, 2025, Chris relayed information that was inaccurate regarding the stove's operation, stating it required manual ignition with a long lighter. After reviewing the official operational video for this model, it was clear that I had been misinformed about how the stove and oven functions. My son also informed him that the stove's ignite switch was not operating correctly. Shortly after, the newly installed water heater tank failed, requiring replacement of the motherboard at a cost of approximately $500. Communication between myself, Farhood Bait, Service Manager at Campers Inn Davenport, and Christopher Albert became increasingly unproductive. Chris repeatedly told me he was attempting to resolve the issue, while Farhood stated that once the camper was released to Chris, Davenport was no longer responsible for the water heater. During this time, my son had to go without hot water for an entire month. On August 29, Chris also informed me that he still had not heard back from Davenport. He stated that Davenport had invested nearly $5,000 into the camper before and after my purchase, and that my service contract should cover the repairs. I explained that I had already paid over $1,892 for the initial inspection and orientation, in addition to ongoing monthly payments for the service contract and did not feel it was reasonable to file a claim on issues that arose immediately after purchase--especially with a "new" water heater tank that had just been installed. Despite Chris servicing the propane tanks, regulator, and A/C, the propane system still does not function for the water heater. On October 17, 2025, I requested the purchase receipt for the water heater. Despite multiple attempts, I was only provided the installation service record, which listed the replacement and installation cost as $1,727.87. When I spoke with the service manager, they refused to take responsibility or stand behind their work, leaving us no choice but to seek service elsewhere. Eventually, both parties stopped responding. Overall, the service experience has been unacceptable. Since the day of purchase, the camper has spent more time being discussed or repaired than enjoyed. As a first-time camper owner, at this point, I deeply regret the purchase. We have been highly dissatisfied with our experience with Campers Inn RV of Davenport and Campers Inn RV of Richfield, WI. Based on our ongoing issues, lack of accountability, and poor service, I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from Campers Inn RV of Davenport or Campers Inn RV of Richfield--don't.
