Located at the junction of interstate 280 and US 61 South this was a long time coming it was needed near the Davenport South West part of the city. This one has a very large truck parking lot scales. Like many of the newer Kwik centers there are showers a TV room unfortunately the TV does not work they can't seem to get the service hooked up properly but they're trying. This one has a good Wi-Fi Like all the other KS has the beer cooler and all the stuff you come to expect from Kwik Star the fresh deli the hot food the pizzas the Frozen the full convenience store great coffee. the free ATMs no fee(your bank May charge different) I came in got myself some nice hot two pieces of dark meat chicken tonight leg and a thigh, some mashed potato side with gravy and I was kind of hungry so I also opted for the cheesy filled breadsticks with some marinara sauce cup. Wash it down with a 28 Oz Powerade zero sugar grape. Very very clean although it's still new but most of these Kwik trips and Kwik Stars that you come to know especially the newer travel centers do a great job of catering to everybody. So no need for an extensive review it's like any other Kwik Star travel center but very well kept.

Just give it back to them and don't take it personally, because it's not personal. They're mechanics; they're not cranky or rude, they're just no nonsense. Pat behind the counter knows every single vehicle in the yard. Bring your own tools, because they only loan a screwdriver and snips. To the guy below me complaining about them wanting to search your bag, junkyards constantly have small parts stolen. It's just a precaution. Cars and parts go quick. Don't wait a week to go after calling, or the car you need will be gone. Most parts have a 30 day warranty.

So, ok you did nothing to make the customer satisfied or understand what is going on in the situation at the given time, which was your responsibility, not the customer. The customer is completely helpless to you calling for the first time. How would the customer know whose name when you don't say it when politely asked? The customer was forced to guess!!!! Taking advantage of people like you did of the customer's family in that given moment - you had a choice and you choose to do what was not right. Plain and simple. It is done, you cannot go back and make light of it and accuse the customer of wrong-doing and believe you are making it better? Well you can It is your choice, but you are not free from a customer writing a review especially when they feel the disservice. Clearly people calling you are most likely having a bad day and you also take advantage of this in your actions, of their vulnerability. And as a forced customer, I am not impressed with your response in attempt to make it sound like you did the right thing when you did not. In fact, it is very icky. Very yucky. They realized we were a family stuck on the road. They had us bring in the trailer even though their service dept. was booked up for almost two weeks. They replaced the broken leaf springs and another one which was going to break soon. They replaced a tire that was worn from the broken leaf springs and hardware along with it. They even identified the lug nuts on the wheels were going bad. They replaced everything and had us back on the road in about three hours. They went out of their way for us. A complete five star service. Friendly staff who were more concerned for our safety on the road rather than just making a dollar. Complete thumbs up!!
