The guy (Jeff?) was very helpful and gave me the number for a towing company. Meanwhile, a state trooper got my daughter's car off the road and changed the tire. After that daughter drove to Last Chance and Jeff checked the codes. He gave the codes to daughter (to give to our mechanic in Wisconsin) and then he added oil (one code referred to an oil issue) and checked the tire for leaks. He didn't find one but advised she keep the spare on. Jeff felt confident she could drive home safely-and she did. What a way to start spring break. Highly recommend Last Chance Garage!

Even let me borrow a loaner car because I was in a jam. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced in any genre of service. They also warned me of some other potential mechanical issues that may be developing, but in no way tried to force other repairs on me...said it could wait until I got back home. Price for the new water pump was under what I should have paid. I even saw the staff hugging another lady on my way out the door due to her being so thankful for these guys.
