We had good service at the shop. The repairs were correct. My only complaint was that in addition to what was initially quoted, 4 other issues were detected on our car. We were not informed of the large bill ahead of time. Overall, great service and good work on the car. Just wish we would have known ahead of time. read more

This is the one start coming from someone who's been a 10 year plus customer. I've let classic work on my premium cars like Saab 9-3 Aero, to a sporty Mazda RX-8, even down to my Mitsubishi Lancer.... so ten years later I have a slight accident, and of course who do I trust? Classic of course! They've never done me wrong. So I took my 2012 Scion iQ for bumper, fender, and subframe damage (why it wasn't totaled is beyond me) but they said they can make the car just as I remembered it. After all the car only had 12k at the time of the incident. Now at 22k I fear my bumper and mud flaps will come undone any day. My headlight housing has loose bolts, THEY USED GLUE!!! GLUE FOR MY BUMPER AND GASKETS!!! A pure outrage. They said they test drove my car and it ran great. I picked it up right before closing and my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) was not programmed.... but yet you "test drove" my car. I had expressed concerns with my fog light taking in water due to the impact and how it would affect the gasket. After all this goes all the way back to August. Now in March, I'm missing a mud flap, my wheel wells and my fog light looks like a fish tank. When taken to a straighter shop the numbers were off and misaligned. Only putting premature wear on my 155 dollar tires each. It's a shame that classic would ruin such a long time relationship to just make an assembly line of pure garbage. If you don't know what you're doing don't accept the job. And buyer beware of "preferred body shops" and insurance companies. The insurance refers the work and the body shop acts like a moron with their hands folded with no Concerns of backing you the customer up. Sadly this will more then likely result in a law suit to either get the car fixed CORRECTLY or whatever available avenue my attorney seeks to be appropriate. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO OR SUGGEST CLASSIC. Even with all there Jesus crap littering the walls, it's all just a front to manipulate the average customer. You people should be ashamed of your pitiful work and this is just the beginning of my outlets. The states attorney, iowa insurance division, bureau of consumer protection, consumer financial consumer protection, along with the better business bureau. My side window was smashed and Classic Bodyworks got me right in to clean out and vacuum the inside of my car. They put on cardboard and tape until my used replacement window arrived. When it arrived, they professionally installed it. Outstanding service!! read more

This is a small town place with small town service. I have a limited edition mustang that was hit while parked. The damaged was minor so i thought they would be able to fixed, boy was a wrong. I had to take it back twice to get it repaired and the third time I took it there I was told this was the best they could do. Mind you it was just a bumber and when I picked it up the bumper was not not flush with the rest of the car. Cmon what type of rookies are these guys. Who would do work on a car and not have the bumper flushed with the rest of the car!? To make matter worse one side was flush but not the other side. I took it Pelham and they fixed it no problem. I took it back to Wayne at Classic and they would not reimburse me. What kind of people are they. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOW TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! read more

They gave me an amazing price on my new windshield, fixed my adapter (which had blown a fuse) for free, and when I went to pick up the car they had washed ALL the windows, vacuumed, and wiped down the dashboard. Would recommend them to anyone. read more
