I had a flat tire, left front. I called AAA and Keegan from ATS Automotive was at my side in less than 20 minutes. I was from out of town and did not know who to call or where to go. Keegan immediately put me at ease. He was kind, calming and very professional. Unfortunately, the dealership in Davenport who rotated my tires did not return the lug nut key back to my glove box. Keegan could not change my tire. He called the shop and we had it towed to the shop. They were able to remove the one lug, patch my tire and replace the damaged keyed lug nut. Stephen Whitmore kept me informed all along the way and made sure I was given accurate information and helped me with decisions. I could not have been happier and I certainly felt very safe and comfortable. I was able to get home at a decent hour. I went to the dealer the next day and they covered my expenses, ordered me a new lug nut set and key for all four wheels and torqued down my lugs again, due to the aluminum wheels. These guys and buiness have their sh$t together let me tell you what! From the day I had AAA tow me here after an accident they took care of my car in the most timely fashion. Wonderful customer service from everyone I've encountered especially Stephan he really knows his stuff and is able to describe it to a person like me who understands car stuff as much as I understand football (which is not at all), using analogies to explain what was wrong with the car and what they did and how they fixed it, they even have picture diagrams to show you the pieces inside your car. After all was said and done they presented me with a diagnostic of all main components on my car which went through various essential features and assessed, rating the urgency of the repairs and estimated cost so you can budget accordingly. Great people, great service makes for one (and many more to come) amazing customer service. Keep up the good work! I traveled from Omaha, NE to Cedar Rapids, Iowa for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I arrived at my mother's home late Wednesday evening. When I woke up Thanksgiving day I saw that the passenger back tire on my car was flat. I called triple AAA and they sent out ATS automotive. Adam, the manager from ATS was at my mother's house within 15-30 minutes. Adam said he would change the tire and put the spare on. When I explained to Adam that I would be traveling to Aurora Iowa that day and then back to Omaha later in the week, Adam said he would take the tire back to his shop, patch the tire and put the tire back on. Wow. Adam went above and beyond his duties. I felt bad to have had to call out anyone on Thanksgiving day and come to find out Adam had given his employees the day off so that they could spend it with their families. Although many places would take advantage of the fact that I'm a young girl that doesn't know much about cars, ATS was the amazing exception. I came to them after seeing they had the best reviews and can only add to that list. They not only got me in and out within an hour, they were very straight forward with fair pricing decided up front and literally took me into the shop to show me what they were seeing and walked me through, in detail, everything they found. In a business where there can definitely be "shadiness", ATS automotive repair is as honest and fair as they could possibly be. They helped a college student, who had a thin budget and an old car. Though the car ended up being "terminal" and will soon need to go to the junk yard, the mechanic was forthright about everything, and did just enough repairs to keep her eeking out some final time with her car. They could have nickeled and dimed her for a long time, but instead, she was treated kindly and respectfully. Such service! We wish ATS Automotive much continued success. I was driving through Iowa with my family when my battery light came on and the power steering went out. Called AAA and ATS towed me back to their shop and were very accommodating and pleasant. One of their fine team offered and drove us to the airport where we could rent a vehicle to continue our trip. In the meantime, the rest of the team worked diligently to find a replacement part we needed to get us back on the road on our return trip. Great, friendly service after contacting AAA when my wife's car was dead at the Cedar Rapids airport returning home after vacation.
