I had taken my Tacoma to a popular tire place in Iowa City to have an alignment and tires mounted as I have a 3" lift on my truck, and they were willing to do it.(Archies could not due to the lift) Huge mistake! I left there with a light of low tire coming on. Took it back and they told me I needed a whole new computer panel(?)- the thing under the dash where they find what is wrong. I took it to Archies..false! I did NOT need a new item; they had loosened the wire in the back of that piece and all it needed was to be plugged back in! Archies saved me a headache and ton of money...as that was no charge as all they did was plug it back in! I highly recommend for honesty and quality service!

Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare. I have witnessed him verbally abusing his shop guys in a manner that was totally unacceptable. I can no longer support a business whose manager treats customers and employees that way.
