He went to his truck to get a replacement and my power was restored to my garage within 10 minutes of his arrival (if not sooner.) He was personable, professional, very courteous, communicative, and efficient. Truly, Plato's idea of an electrician. The cost the service call was incredibly reasonable! Frankly, I was shocked at how low my bill was. You can bet that I will call "Down the Road Electric" the next time I need electrical services.

I would give them 5 stars except last time, the guy forgot my appointment. I called the office 15 minutes past, and he apparently forgot to write it down and double booked. Unfortunately, my house was being painted the next day, so I had to get the exterior light changed that day. He made it before I left for work. I let him in, and he let himself out. I won't let one bad apple spoil the bunch for me on this one though. I'll continue to use them on all my projects. Their reasonably priced, and their quotes are always spot on.
