Then it will cost me $20,000 more OR my interest rate will go from. .49% to 6.99 percent!! NOTE: my sales person was very nice and easy to work with. Evidence suggests this was ignorance- and not malicious. However, Ive still cancelled my contract because the change is egregious. They should have ensured they could actual sell what was promised before I dinged my credit. Intentional or not this is by definition a bait and switch. Also I've only found 1 positive customer review - they are all terrible. Who am I? I'm the SME - Subject Matter Expert in Vendor Risk Management for one of the largest health systems and have done perhaps 4000 vendor reviews - I stress. this isn't a professional review - it's just my personal review.and opinion. I contacted Eagle Point Solar, not knowing if the cable just needed some caulking, or outright replacement. I was contacted by one of the VPs of the company! He got me on the list for the repair crew working our area.
