Andy was really great at keeping me calm and assuring me that everything would be taken care of; and that's exactly what happened. Like I said I panicked so I called the Cedar Rapids Restoration when we live in Dubuque, and they willing did the drive everyday to come out and work on our house. Andy and crew, came out immediately and arrived at the house at 3am and worked until the water has been contained. Like I said, they continued to come out and reassure us that everything was going to be fine. He was very up front with the situation and walked us through everything we needed to know. Roof sagged, fire damaged framing not sistered for structural integrity, shorted 12 inches of attic insolatiin, non code compliant foundation damage not repaired and now wont fix!! Improper unsealed roof boot moisture damage, unwilling to remedy. Fundamental breach contract ? Charged us for estimate quote yet tens of thousands never done. We were led to believe final payment would be actual bill not insurance approved amounts for estimate for work never done and eliminated by them but paid for. Run fast.
