They are the worst tree company I have ever been involved with…read more I had called to have them come over and give me a quote on multiple trees. They sent some, not the new guy, not the guy who had been there awhile but the actual OWNER of the company came by. Quoted me, I agreed and after telling me they weren't busy I waited over a month for them to schedule me. When the crew arrived they said they would require extra equipment and the price would need to be DOUBLED! I called and talked to Frank and he said he would look into it, not honor the quote that HE gave me but just check on it. It has now been another month and they never called, left messages with them and never returned my call. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We ran upstairs to find all three of our rooms and bathroom ruined and flooded. I was in an extreme panic and called 911 Restoration. Andy was really great at keeping me calm and assuring me that everything would be taken care of; and that's exactly what happened. Like I said I panicked so I called the Cedar Rapids Restoration when we live in Dubuque, and they willing did the drive everyday to come out and work on our house. Andy and crew, came out immediately and arrived at the house at 3am and worked until the water has been contained. Like I said, they continued to come out and reassure us that everything was going to be fine. He was very up front with the situation and walked us through everything we needed to know. Aside from the whole extreme water damage situation, it was a great experience and nice to know someone really cared about us and the situation at hand. I highly recommend Andy and 911 Restoration Cedar Rapids.

Our carpet shampooer broke quite a while ago, and we reeally fell behind on dealing with how disgusting the dogs make the carpet. I didn't think in my wildest dreams the carpet would be salvageable. We decided to bring in Actually Clean just to try to improve the situation until we figured out what to do. If they had gotten the carpet half as clean as they got it, I would have considered it worth the money. They got the carpet looking like new, though! I am absolutely floored by what a great job they did (pun intended). The guys were both super nice, too! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a carpet cleaned!
