I'm frustrated enough with how apartment leasing works in Iowa City; typically carpet cleaning falls on the apartment complex. Steve with Premier Cleaning of Iowa City may not find two hours valuable, but I do. A phone call to advise of lateness or to attempt rescheduling would have been acceptable, if a little disappointing. In the least, answering the phone or returning the voice mail messages I left (an hour after the scheduled appointment) would have shown some concern for the situation. They provided us with a very reasonable price and even took time to answer our 7 year old's questions. After having our carpets cleaned, our property manager said they looked great, but our tenants had a concern about leftover pet hair. We emailed Premiere Cleaning and asked if they could return to our property and address our tenants' concern. They did so and addressed our tenants' concern promptly and politely.
