Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom. We discussed options and I decided to replace the west wall of the bedroom and part of the north wall as well. Even with the unexpected work, the job moved forward on schedule without a hitch. The soffit was 30 plus feet above ground so they rented a lift. He was very careful of not damaging our lawn while driving the lift around the house. On the inside, He replaced some molding and drywall after our finished basement flooded. He painted the walls and now the rooms look brand new. He worked hard and the price was well worth it. A mutual acquaintance referred us to Hayden Construction. Ben Jordan, the owner of Hayden Construction, came right over and assessed the damage. A day later he and a crew fixed the damage, which required sub-flooring, and replacement of part of the finished ceiling and wall below the window in the basement. He also had to support the deck during the construction. The work was high quality and Ben's team took steps to prevent any future water damage. Ben could have taken advantage of my dire situation, but he charged me a very reasonable rate, cleaned up all of the debris and was a delight to work with. I highly recommend this company.
