Other work included removal of wallpaper and texturing in the bedroom, and repainting in both rooms. Adrian was my main contact. Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom. We discussed options and I decided to replace the west wall of the bedroom and part of the north wall as well. Even with the unexpected work, the job moved forward on schedule without a hitch. Throughout the job, Adrian kept me informed and responded quickly to any questions I had. The crews were courteous, the workmanship was solid, and the repair was an overall improvement to the NW bedroom. Fast forward to two weeks ago, we had hired a contractor to go a remodel project and his rough carpentry and framing were ok, it was down hill after that. After he installed, textured and painted our entire remodeled project WRONG, I begged my Husband to call Adrian. He finally did. Adrian and his crew sanded our 1100 sw foot home, skim coated the disastrous mess, retextured, primed and painted it all. Fast, excellent skills, and the cost was doable! He even suggested a venetian plaster hit the ceiling in my bathroom! I saw his work on the staircase at Hancher, it's beautiful. I can't wait to see our finished house.
