Regretfully the previous owner only roofed half the garage and left the other half to deteriorate. Julio was the only person to be willing to consider repairing the damage and saving my garage. Under Zack's guidance Julio and his crew came in and saved my garage from demolition. Their skill, craftsmanship, professionalism, and price is second to none in the Cedar Rapids area. The biggest challenge of home ownership in Eastern Iowa is finding a quality reliable consistent and reasonable contractor. Zack and his team are the perfect combination of all of those needs. I can roof, side, replace windows, replace doors, do plumbing and electrical, but why when his crew can exceed my quality at a reasonable price. I also own a rental house and Zack and his crew are the only ones I trust working on any house I own in the Cedar Rapidsarea. I'm confident my money stays local and goes to people that truly work hard and do the very best quality work available hands down. If I had not met Zack and his crew it would have cost me a new $50,000 garage. After the work was done and I saw the result I could not pay them fast enough because that's how you treat contractors that do impeccable work with the highest ethics and standards I've seen in a long time. You cannot go wrong using Zack and his crew on any project you have planned.

Other work included removal of wallpaper and texturing in the bedroom, and repainting in both rooms. Adrian was my main contact. Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom. We discussed options and I decided to replace the west wall of the bedroom and part of the north wall as well. Even with the unexpected work, the job moved forward on schedule without a hitch. Throughout the job, Adrian kept me informed and responded quickly to any questions I had. The crews were courteous, the workmanship was solid, and the repair was an overall improvement to the NW bedroom. Many thanks to Adrian and his team for their help in putting my house back together after that terrible August storm.

He seemed eager for the work but we ended up not doing that project. Fast forward to two weeks ago, we had hired a contractor to go a remodel project and his rough carpentry and framing were ok, it was down hill after that. After he installed, textured and painted our entire remodeled project WRONG, I begged my Husband to call Adrian. He finally did. Adrian and his crew sanded our 1100 sw foot home, skim coated the disastrous mess, retextured, primed and painted it all. Fast, excellent skills, and the cost was doable! He even suggested a venetian plaster hit the ceiling in my bathroom! I saw his work on the staircase at Hancher, it's beautiful. I can't wait to see our finished house. His crew is respectful and cleaned up each day. These guys busted their buns off helping us out! I hope only the best for these great young men!

Shawn's dedication to perfection and genuinely personable, high-energy, can-do attitude and comedic interjections throughout it all was the exact balance we needed throughout the project. Shawn asked for more money, I advised him that he is not getting more until the job is complete and I had Lein Releases from all the material suppliers. Then found out that he bounced checks to 2 of the suppliers and didn't pay for most all of the materials. Had 4 separate companies threaten to put a lien on my property unless the materials were paid for. I had to personally go pay those companies for the materials used on my property under Domer Enterprises account in order to prevent the Lein being put on my property. I then had to work with other companies to get the job done. What I owed Shawn was less than he owed for the materials and Shawn has agreed to pay me the difference and just makes empty promises and now he is unresponsive. I have also learned that Shawn did not get the framing inspection done and now I have to have the inside walls taken down to add bracing that he didn't do. Aside from all this, the workmanship is very poor, missing screws, steel cut poorly on the ends, steel not lining up nicely in multiple places. These are only some of the pictures, I could easily show a hundred photos showing the workmanship.
