And when they came out, they walked my property to 'map' and look at things, and sent me a large bill to convert to 'their' system (there was nothing wrong with my system). I had trouble getting a hold of them for a while. In addition to not turning it on all summer, they never returned my backflow device that they took for 'testing' and never submitted the testing to the City (so I got a fine). Ended up arguing with them late fall/winter because they wanted payment for everything... even through they never turned it on the whole summer and took my backflow device (I was questioning what 'value' I had received). Even through I never received any value, I ended up paying them just to get my backflow device back... which they returned broken in the middle of winter. DO NOT GO HERE!

My previous lawn care person retired and gave them all his contacts, so I just went with them. My bad for not doing my homework! I had to ask them 3 times to trim around the retaining and no one could figure out what I wanted (trimming is part of the package). I even sent pictures showing exactly what I meant and instead they mowed down my entire flower bed! I would get notifications that they were coming to mow and when I got home could never tell the grass was shorter. The real slap in the face is they had the nerve to charge me 50% more for every mowing service for " extra thatch and bagging"! Where was that extra thatch coming from!? I could go on and on, but you get the picture. This company is incompetent and dishonest.

Management is a bunch of over grown children that'll fire you for anything unless you do meth or coke they'll do it with you. And if you hire them they'll make you sign a contract and only a couple of their workers will do the work they're actually supposed to do. And the only good review on the page is from the owner.
