Domer Enterprises may just be the hardest working crew there is! If you're reading this and in…read moreneed of any services they offer, hire them now and look no further! They did an inground pool installation for us in an almost impossible timeline, in the dead of summer, no shade, with the oppressive heat and bugs and a very small crew and killed it! We even expanded our original scope to include a concrete staircase and additional concrete patio and they had no problem accommodating it and it looks fabulous! Shawn's dedication to perfection and genuinely personable, high-energy, can-do attitude and comedic interjections throughout it all was the exact balance we needed throughout the project. By the time the project was done we were sad to see them go. So, Shawn and family/crew - know that Your Cousin from Boston has an ice cold drink and some burgers waiting for you whenever you want to swing by!

Had Shawn build 30x48 foot pole building. Took over 3 months. Paid him for roughly 80% of the job…read morewell before completion. Shawn asked for more money, I advised him that he is not getting more until the job is complete and I had Lein Releases from all the material suppliers. Then found out that he bounced checks to 2 of the suppliers and didn't pay for most all of the materials. Had 4 separate companies threaten to put a lien on my property unless the materials were paid for. I had to personally go pay those companies for the materials used on my property under Domer Enterprises account in order to prevent the Lein being put on my property. I then had to work with other companies to get the job done. What I owed Shawn was less than he owed for the materials and Shawn has agreed to pay me the difference and just makes empty promises and now he is unresponsive. I have also learned that Shawn did not get the framing inspection done and now I have to have the inside walls taken down to add bracing that he didn't do. Aside from all this, the workmanship is very poor, missing screws, steel cut poorly on the ends, steel not lining up nicely in multiple places. These are only some of the pictures, I could easily show a hundred photos showing the workmanship.

I have to take a moment to say how extremely happy I am with Tomlinson-Cannon…read more I have been dealing with a water in my finished basement since I had purchased my home about 10 years ago. Typically it wasn't an issues, unless we had a wet spring, or a week of rain. This happens fairly regularly for us that live in Iowa. I thought I had two cracks in my foundation, turned out I had 6 Cracks. Eric and his team came out, found all the issues and promptly fixed them the next business day. I did run a water test and found one place that wasn't quite sealed. Eric had another professional out 2 days after the test, and promptly fixed it. I can't tell you how much of a relief after 10 years to finally have this off my shoulders. I would recommend Tomlinson-Cannon to everyone.
